Job Description

AECOM is seeking a digital leader to manage and drive effective use of the PgM Digital Delivery System (PgM DDS) DDS – which includes conventionally- and AI-platformed collaboration, controls, and reporting systems, applications, and tools – and business line operations-oriented tools and applications which support delivery of program management services.

  • Work with the Program Management community to drive increased adoption and knowledge of the PgM DDS, including promotion of the PgM DDS and its elements to pursuit teams and working with clients to explain and promote benefits of the PgM DDS.
  • Oversee and manage implementation, effective use, optimization, and further development of the PgM DDS, working with Program delivery teams and Enterprise Capability.
  • Support PgM GBL leaders and team members in development, use, and maintenance of business management-oriented digital applications and tools that support and strengthen GBL-wide operations and reporting.

The role of Delivery Systems Manager will report to the Senior Vice President for Program Operations and Delivery and will directly support across the Program Management Global Business Line.

The Delivery Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital systems and tools that enable effective delivery of program management services across all Enterprise regions and business lines.  With customers including our internal program teams and their clients, the Delivery Systems Manager will be well versed in use and operation of all elements of the PgM DDS as well as best practices in applying tools throughout the service environment.

This role will be responsible for developing PgM DDS implementation and enhancement plans, driving alignment across teams, applying best systems and tools to support customer needs, and leveraging resources AECOM to support maintenance and further development of PgM DDS and other digital tools. This leader will also serve as a thought leader internally and externally, assisting our leadership and program teams in winning new business through differentiating AECOM’s position in the market and successfully applying digital systems to optimize and effectively deliver work.

The Delivery Systems Manager will collaborate with other digital professionals around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital strategies and priorities specific to delivery of program management services.

This is a fully remote work opportunity that can be located anywhere within the United States, Canada, or Europe.

Minimum requirements

  • BA/BS + 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
