  • Ensure proper integration of electrical systems within federated, multi-discipline BIM environments.
  • Coordinate closely with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve electrical interfaces, constructability, and routing challenges.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, ensuring optimized cable routing, equipment placement, and spatial coordination.

2. BIM Standards, Electrical Compliance & Quality

  • Develop and enforce electrical BIM modeling standards, workflows, and naming conventions aligned with ISO 19650 and project requirements.
  • Ensure models comply with electrical design standards, utility regulations, and authority requirements.
  • Perform model audits and quality checks focused on electrical accuracy, parameter consistency, and constructability.
  • Support implementation of digital engineering workflows for electrical data and asset information.

3. Technical Leadership and Mentoring

  • Provide technical leadership to BIM/Revit specialists and electrical design team members.
  • Mentor junior staff in electrical modeling best practices, Revit workflows, and coordination techniques.
  • Promote a quality-driven and technically strong BIM environment within the team.

4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Act as the primary BIM and electrical modeling focal point across projects.
  • Lead coordination meetings to resolve clashes, electrical routing conflicts, and design interface risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

5. Technical Support and Digital Innovation

  • Provide advanced technical support in Revit electrical modeling, BIM coordination, and digital engineering.
  • Drive innovation in electrical modeling automation, parameterization, and model-based workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement in model efficiency, electrical design integration, and BIM data quality.
