Job Description
AECOM México busca posición de Supervision Lead para Lázaro Cárdenas
Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:
Liderar y coordinar al equipo de supervisión de construcción en sitio para asegurar que los trabajos se desarrollen en cumplimiento con los objetivos, requerimientos, directivas, prioridades, políticas, procedimientos, standards, reglas y regulaciones proporcionadas por el cliente. Este equipo de supervisión deberá cumplir con lo siguiente:
- Ser el planificador principal de todas las actividades de construcción
- Gestionar, supervisar y controlar todas las actividades de los contratistas civiles en todas las etapas.
- Revisar los organigramas, planes de ejecución de obras, cronogramas de equipos, métodos de trabajo, planes de asignación de personal, planes de compra de materiales, etc., de los contratistas.
- Revisar la metodología de construcción en cuanto a su impacto en el diseño, el cronograma de obras y la seguridad durante la construcción.
- Revisar el desarrollo de la lógica de construcción, el cronograma de construcción y la dotación de personal del contratista.
- Revisar el plan real de movilización de personal y equipos de construcción del contratista en relación con su cronograma y los requisitos contractuales.
- Monitorear, inspeccionar y supervisar todas las actividades de construcción conforme a los procedimientos aprobados, planos, cálculos, leyes y reglamentos, y requisitos contractuales.
Qualifications
Requisitos mínimos:
- Ingeniero civil o afín + 6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación
Requisitos preferidos:
- Ingeniero civil o afín 15 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación
- Experiencia mínima de 10 años al menos en proyectos portuarios, Incluyendo la construcción de estructuras de muelle de más de 300 m, estructuras de hormigón y equipos automatizados
- -Nivel avanzado de Ingles y Español (hablado y escrito) • Experiencia de supervision de al menos 4 proyectos similares, Incluyendo la construcción de estructuras de muelle, estructuras de hormigón y equipos automatizados
- Inglés avanzado
