  • Support the development of PMO frameworks, including standardized processes, templates, workflows, dashboards, and governance structures that leverage PMIS capabilities to drive consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on project controls best practices, advising on earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, change order management, document control, and performance analytics.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and lead the integration of multiple PMIS tools to create a cohesive digital ecosystem tailored to organizational needs.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure high user adoption, including training programs, role-based workflows, and ongoing support models.
  • Review and optimize the work of project teams and junior analysts; provide guidance, resolve complex issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in the planning and development of digital strategy and policy related to project delivery systems and data management.
  • Conduct special projects related to process improvement, system enhancements, and performance reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Work under general direction while handling complex, high-impact initiatives independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record leading PMIS implementations that support PMOs and standardized project delivery processes.
  • Experience implementing multiple PMIS platforms (Procore, Kahua, Trimble Unity Construct, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of project management best practices, controls methodologies, and digital tools used in the AEC industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and user adoption of new technology platforms.
