- Development of structural steelwork, wiring arrangements and bonding plans
- Mechanical and geometric calculations for OLE systems
- Coordination with other disciplines and participation in design reviews
- Responding to technical queries from construction and delivery teams
- Supporting quality control and design assurance activities
You will work independently on defined tasks, with support and mentorship from senior engineers where required.

What We Are Looking For:
Essential
- 2–5+ years of experience in OLE / OCS or railway electrification projects
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering

- English at a working professional level (used mainly for meetings, documentation and collaboration)
Nice to Have
- Experience on international projects (UK, Australia or other European markets)
- Knowledge of BIM environments and structural assessment software
- Local professional certifications or Chartered Engineer status
Additional Information
Why Join Us?
- Real involvement in international rail infrastructure projects
- Clear opportunities for technical growth and development
- Collaborative, multicultural team environment
- Flexible hybrid working model
- Competitive salary aligned with the Polish market
- Long‑term stability combined with interesting project variety
If you are an OLE Engineer looking to develop your career in an international setting while being based in Poland, we would be happy to hear from you.
