Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Concept Architect to join our dynamic design team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong foundation in architectural design to contribute to compelling, multidisciplinary projects. You will work collaboratively with experienced design leadership and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality architectural solutions that balance aesthetic vision with technical precision. This role offers the chance to grow your expertise while working on diverse projects ranging from conceptual design through construction administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Concept design, optioneering, and design strategy development
Computational, generative, and parametric design studies
Algorithmic and procedural workflow development
Design automation and optimization workflows
Environmental and performance-driven analysis using tools such as Ladybug and Galapagos
Architectural massing, spatial development, and multidisciplinary coordination
AI-enabled design exploration and computational workflow integration
Presentation production, visualization direction, and design storytelling
Mentoring and supporting junior and graduate architects within the computational design workflow
Preferred skills and software proficiency:
Rhino
Grasshopper
Revit
Adobe Creative Suite
Python scripting and AI-integrated workflows
Strong understanding of computational design methodologies, procedural workflows, and logical problem-solving approaches
Rendering and visualization story telling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design or demonstrated equivalent experience
