Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a professional for the After-Hours Network Operations Center device monitoring role, focusing on providing continuous monitoring and emergency response for ITS devices during non-business hours. The role requires strict adherence to procedures, timely communication, and accurate reporting.
Work Schedule
- Weekdays: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Eastern Time)
- Weekends: Friday 6:00 PM to Monday 6:00 AM (Eastern Time)
- Holidays
- Additional work hours as requested by prime contractor
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GDOT ITS devices and systems after hours using the Calem platform
- Respond to incidents and emergencies according to established procedures
- Delivering timely notifications to LTS contacts for all emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and logs of monitoring activities
- Provide required reports and documentation as requested by LTS Project Manager

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- HS and 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an office environment. Position requires often performing keyboard/mouse operations and standing or sitting for long periods of time; occasionally standing/walking; rarely climbing stairs. Position may include wearing a dispatch headset, viewing CCTV camera displays, and listening to law enforcement radio broadcasts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
knowledge of network mapping, failures, and reporting
Additional Information
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
- This position does not include relocation benefits.
- The position is governed by a subcontract agreement between AECOM (Subcontractor) and Lumin8 Technology Services, LLC (Prime Contractor).
- All work must be authorized by a Notice to Proceed, and compensation is capped as per the agreement.
- The role is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of Georgia’s Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure during off-hours.
