Job Description
Our Bridges, Structures & Ports team in Sydney is working across a strong and expanding pipeline of major projects, from bridge and structural upgrades to port and maritime infrastructure. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team with the backing of a global network and the opportunity to make a real impact locally.
How you’ll make a difference
As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on design and delivery across D&C projects, playing a key role from early tender phases through to construction.
- Lead and manage design delivery from tender through to construction documentation and project completion
- Act as the key interface between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment on design intent and project outcomes
- Oversee design programmes, deliverables and approvals to keep projects on track and within commercial expectations
- Identify and manage risks across design, construction, approvals and interfaces, bringing proactive and practical solutions
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to support successful delivery and future opportunities

- Experience managing design and delivery on infrastructure projects, ideally across bridges, structures or maritime works
- Strong understanding of D&C project environments and the full project lifecycle
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to bring people together and keep projects moving
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage programme, risk and delivery outcomes
- A collaborative approach and the drive to be part of a growing, high-performing team
