AECOM Enterprise Capabilities se encuentra en la búsqueda de un BIM Technician III que se una a nuestro equipo de ingeniería mecánica en Bogotá, Colombia. Este rol será fundamental para el modelado de sistemas HVAC, con un enfoque particular en plantas de agua helada y sistemas de control de calefacción y refrigeración.

 Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• Responsable de iniciar y desarrollar planos de ingeniería hasta su finalización para los proyectos asignados, de acuerdo con los requisitos, códigos aplicables y criterios de diseño establecidos por los ingenieros de disciplina del proyecto.
• Realizar y completar tareas de diseño de complejidad limitada a moderada.
• Preparación de diseños y planos utilizando las especificaciones del proyecto e instrucciones escritas y verbales relacionadas con la disciplina, de acuerdo con las prácticas de diseño, estándares y procedimientos establecidos.

Requisitos Mínimos:

• Educación secundaria completa o diploma Técnico/ Tecnólogo o equivalente demostrado en experiencia y/o educación, con experiencia de +4 años en tecnología BIM y trabajo técnico avanzado en la especialidad de climatización (HVAC).
• Dominio de software BIM como Revit, AutoCAD y otras herramientas relevantes.
• Sólidos conocimientos de procesos de construcción, sistemas de edificación y estándares de la industria.
• Excelentes habilidades en modelado 3D y visualización.
• Fuertes habilidades de análisis y resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
• Disposición para adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores en BIM.
• Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos y capacidad de liderazgo.

Requisitos deseables:

• Experiencia en diseño de aire acondicionado y/o ventilación.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés, escrito y hablado.
