Job Description
Role Summary
The BIM Manager will support BIM implementation and digital delivery across multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects for the Client’s program. The role is responsible for implementing AECOM digital delivery standards, ensuring compliance with client BIM mandates and ISO 19650, and providing effective BIM governance, coordination, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong background in BIM Management, project coordination, and an in-depth understanding of BIM tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support BIM and digital delivery in accordance with AECOM standards and client requirements.
Develop, implement, and manage Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDP, and TIDPs.
Oversee multidisciplinary BIM model coordination using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
Manage clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, Revizto, or similar platforms.
Govern the Common Data Environment (ACC / BIM 360 / ProjectWise), including workflows, permissions, and information exchange.
Implement BIM QA/QC processes, model audits, and compliance checks.
Drive automation and efficiency improvements using Dynamo and related tools.
Oversee BIM data reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to support project and program-level insights.
Manage, mentor, and support BIM and digital delivery team members.
Act as the primary BIM interface with the client, consultants, and contractors.
Preferred Experience
Experience working to ISO 19650 and GCC / Saudi BIM mandates.
Experience on large master-planned developments or giga-projects.
Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, digital handover, and asset information delivery.
Experience contributing to corporate BIM standards and digital frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
10+ years’ experience in BIM delivery within the AEC industry, including leadership roles.
Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Digital Delivery Manager on large, complex projects.
Strong expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
Extensive experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 / ProjectWise.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks, Revizto, and issue management platforms.
Proficiency in Dynamo for automation and BIM QA/QC.
Demonstrated experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
