Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technician - Digital Delivery (CAD/Civil 3D) to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital delivery processes and producing high-quality CAD drawings and models using Civil 3D. You will work efficiently to support project teams in delivering infrastructure and construction projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and documentation.

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Civil 3D models and CAD drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including plans, profiles, and cross-sections for infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure digital deliverables meet client requirements and project timelines
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all CAD files and models to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards
  • Organize and manage project files, ensuring proper version control and systematic documentation practices
  • Support the implementation of digital delivery methodologies and best practices across project teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design data and resolve technical issues
  • Generate reports and maintain detailed records of digital deliverables and project progress
  • Stay current with Civil 3D updates, tools, and industry advancements to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Civil 3D and CAD software
  • Experience in Sewerage and drainage networks, Irrigation, pipeline, utilities etc
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Civil 3D models for infrastructure projects
  • Strong proficiency in digital delivery processes and project coordination
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering design standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and report generation
  • Autodesk Civil 3D certification or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
  • Experience with infrastructure or construction projects in the Middle East region (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
