• Prepare accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings (plans, profiles, sections, details) as per project requirements
• Develop construction drawings based on IFC, tender, and authority-approved documents
• Update and revise drawings as per site conditions, RFIs, and engineer/client comments
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and inspectors to incorporate design changes
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority standards, and CAD standards
• Maintain drawing registers, version control, and proper file naming conventions
• Prepare as-built drawings based on approved redlines and site records
• Assist in preparation of shop drawings, utility layouts, and coordination drawings
• Perform basic quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings when required
• Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules
• Archive and manage electronic and hardcopy drawings for easy retrieval
• Support multidisciplinary coordination (civil, structural, MEP, utilities)
• Adhere to company QA/QC procedures and drafting best practices

• Bachelor in civil engineering with minimum 6-10 years of experience in similar industry
• 3 years Diploma with equivalency certificate mandatory.

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in UAE is Mandatory.
• Worked in RTA or DM project will be an added advantage.
