Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and functional designs while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of terminal buildings, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and specifications in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address design challenges and incorporate feedback into project plans.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, aviation regulations, and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of architectural designs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure designs are delivered within budget and on schedule.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. A Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution. Significant experience in terminal building projects or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.

• Proven ability to lead design teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to identify design challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Strategic thinking to balance design aspirations with project constraints.
