Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Resourcing Specialist/Lead for Engineering and Construction Administration to be located in Mississauga.
Managing and coordinating the human resources including coordinating owner requests and managing deployment timescales.
Coordinating with the corporate organization to identify and fulfil recruitment needs and managing a pipeline of resources.
Ensures that resourcing needs are fulfilled and that an accurate forecast is maintained in collaboration with the client.
Ensures that robust plans are developed and implemented for succession planning and performance issues.
Coordinates with the lead team to undertake interviews and selection.
Provides consolidated reporting with respect to resourcing in line with the agreed metrics.
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree + 6 (six) years of relevant experience in human resources, workforce planning/recruitment.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a management position.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and produce innovative solutions to complex staffing challenges.
Experience creating, supporting, and leading the delivery of workforce planning and resource strategies for capital projects / programs.
