Job Description

  • Play a key role in projects as a project leader/manager.
  • Leads projects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.
  • Develops landscape design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems.
  • Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.
  • Manages the presentation and report development for clients.
  • Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years in a project management role in landscape architecture.
  • Experience working in on projects in China essential.
  • Experience in international and/or hospitality projects highly regarded.
  • Proven experience successfully managing teams; well regarded by peers and direct reports.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Portfolio attached is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages.
  • Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
