Job Description
AECOM is seeking a BHS Project Manager for its western region. In this role you will assist in the design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the US.
- This position requires understanding of baggage handling system design best practices and experience in real-world execution of traditional and alternative delivery projects.
- In this role you will/may be required to act as on-site representative throughout the design and/or construction phases of the project's lifespan.
- Travel to site is required as per project requirements and will be generally 25%-50%. Our U.S. project employees are home on weekends.
- A typical day may include site inspections, meeting minutes, submittal reviews, functional testing, weekly reports, and specification compliance evaluations.
- Responsible to schedule and conduct internal team meetings and ensure that all scope and schedule critical items are properly coordinated and tracked and coordinate actions with the Program Manager.
- Client coordination skills are critical in this role, as are logistics planning and a technical mindset.
- The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge base in multiple software programs including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Adobe/Bluebeam as well as Project Management software (Prolog, Procore, Newforma, Aconex, etc.).

Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in the design and or implementation of baggage handling systems
- Valid US driver’s license is required
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Autodesk Suite including BIM360, Revit, and AutoCAD is a plus
- Working Knowledge of PGDS
- PLC general skills
- Networking

- Simulation, Emulations
