Job Description

  • Provide guidance to the client’s team members on what techniques to apply as well as existing coding structures in programming and program coding;
  • Configure application software by establishing performance parameters, and customizing details in order to achieve optimal technical performance; 
  • Monitor application load and software to achieve optimal technical performance;  
  • Any other Technical Architect related tasks requested by the client to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Architect
  • Have a post-secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree)
  • Experience developing MCSC HRMS software applications in the past 4 years (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the past 6 years analyzing requirements and developing HRMS software applications
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the past 7 years in data modeling and data integration using SQL Navigator
  • Experience designing and implementing HRMS software applications
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance and controlled goods certification
