Job Description

ADGA Group Consultants Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Security Risk Consultant with a background in the financial sector, ideally with previous experience working in the financial sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing security risk within the organization, focusing on physical security contracts related to one of our clients. The role requires expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and the ability to collate vast amounts of risk and Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) information into an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Sector Security Risk Management: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience within the financial sector to identify, assess, and manage security risks within the organization.
  • Physical Security Contract Management: Oversee and manage the physical security contract, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies at the enterprise level, considering various risks such as operational, financial, reputational, and compliance.
  • Collating Risk and TRA Information: Gather, analyze, and collate a significant amount of risk and Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) data from various sources and translate it into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all security risk management activities align with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong understanding of current and emerging regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholder to ensure effective communication and coordination of security risk management efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Security Management, Risk Management, or Business Administration.
  • Extensive experience in security risk management within the financial sector
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) are advantageous.

  • Must currently hold Federal Government Secret Clearance
  • Copies of Degrees and Certifications will be required
