Job Description

As an Intern, you will actively contribute to the business growth of ACT-ON Group in Belgium, by supporting the sales and marketing teams in their daily tasks: 

1. Sales Support 

  • Prospecting and identifying new potential clients (B2B). 

  • Preparing sales proposals and client presentations. 

  • Assisting with CRM management and lead follow-up. 

  • Assisting with the organization of sales meetings and client events. 

2. Marketing & Communications 

  • Contributing to the digital communication strategy (LinkedIn, newsletters, website). 

  • Creating marketing content (visuals, posts, short videos, articles). 

  • Tracking marketing performance (KPIs, campaigns, lead generation). 

  • Support during internal and external events (trade shows, seminars, etc.). 

3. Team Life & Internal Projects 

  • Collaboration with international teams (France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Spain). 

  • Involvement in cross-functional projects. 

Qualifications

Desired Profile 

  • Business school, communications, or university student (Bachelor’s to Master’s degree). 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team player. 

  • Proficiency in office software and social media. 

  • Preference for dynamic, fast-paced environments. 

  • Interest in sales, marketing, and the tech and HR sectors. 

  • Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
