About the project
Working for large scale clients in manufacturing, automotive and food industry, we harness knowledge across multiple areas. Having already changed the way departments such as finance & accounting, IT Helpdesk, and business reporting work, we help our clients to understand, map out, prioritize and optimize their internal processes.
Our projects vary from PoCs or pilots that support clients in exploring the RPA technical ecosystem, to large scale projects destined to expand the RPA impact within the clients’ business, also to internal and R&D project that facilitate experimenting with new technologies and perfecting our skills.

Your role
Project Management Office
PMO is a center of excellence at the company level in the area of project delivery. It provides expertise and best practices for enabling the company to be more effective while reducing risk and redundancy.
The office was founded in 2016 and since then it has provided support for the organization with processes, tools and best practices for project delivery. PMO members benefit of career growth plans and a community of knowledge sharing culture.
Responsibilities
Business
- Design the project plan and set up the project delivery context by encouraging a collaborative environment and a shared vision for the project
- Review the customer profile to structure the project performance report and document assumptions
- Perform resource task allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements and the planned financial performance
- Continuously evaluate the plans, dependencies and monitor estimates, schedules, deviations
- Propose adjustments to maintain the projected delivery objectives targets (DCR) while ensuring the customer sign-off for all milestones
- Promote an open and transparent environment between all the stakeholders involved (delivery team, client, client partners etc.)
Operations
- Develop required documentation while being in constant communication with the client
- Ensure all project artefacts are documented in a timely manner in accordance with Accesa & RaRo policies and agreed project terms
- Constantly update the project plans while managing the client requests and reconciliation process
- Provide timely and accurate project forecasts
- Propose process improvements, as well as cost and time optimization actions
People
- Oversee the daily activities of the team, provide guidance, and ensure full transparency regarding team progress
- Facilitate access to professional improvement initiatives for each member of the team according to their career path and development plan
- Drive the performance review process of the team members
- Actively participate in the Project Delivery Management community by sharing your knowledge, reinforcing best practices and keeping up with the latest trends
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the business field, as well as willingness to take the initiative and approach different business scenarios/customer requirements. Along with creative written and oral communication skills, the ability to work in fast-changing environments are essential.
- 3+ years of experience in coordinating IT projects
- Good knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology
- Experience in identifying the most suitable solutions in various contexts taking into consideration multiple alternatives, expected results and anticipated risks
- Leadership skills: manifest an emphatic approach, focus on people development, professional growth, support engagement and promote a sense of community
- Management skills for organizing the team towards a common goal
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Expertise in planning and adjusting your strategies and ways of working in accordance with specific contexts
- Fluency in English Language
