• Independent project management: from business case evaluation and requirements definition to project design, implementation, and management
• Continuous optimization of our partner models (e.g., Fulfillment by About You) and the associated processes throughout the partner journey
• Supporting the introduction of new business models and scaling them into new markets
• Identifying bottlenecks (e.g., reporting discrepancies) and developing scalable solutions in close coordination with the tech and logistics teams

• Bachelor’s degree with above-average grades, ideally in a business-related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or a digital environment
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Strong interest in and good understanding of working with data and technical interfaces
• Strong personality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
