• Independent evaluation of service performance (logistics, customer service)
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports
• Support for large projects and insights into project management
• Support for integration projects for new customers
• Support for collaboration with existing service customers
• Collaboration with other partner management teams, such as sales and account management

• Enrolled student in business administration, economics or similar
• Very good English skills
• High affinity for numbers and willingness to learn
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
• Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
