• Build and ship new high impact features and improvements to the AY App using Dart and Flutter, contributing to one of the most widely-used applications built with Flutter
• Work closely together with other experienced developers, product managers, QA, and designers to ship new components and features
• Proactively identify and seek to resolve technical debt and building internal tools to enhance team productivity
• Have a direct impact on team processes by regular agile retrospectives

• 4+ years of programming experience, at least 2 years of app development experience
• Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks
• Extensive experience in Flutter
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic
• You write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are used to working in an English speaking environment
• Excellent problem-solving: You can solve conceptual, non-standard problems and exercise solid judgment based on analysing multiple sources of information
• High autonomy and ownership: You are motivated, take matters into your own hands, and can implement a complex feature with little oversight from your manager
• Strong communicator: You can communicate transparently, honestly, and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design)
• Team player: You actively share knowledge, inspire other team members, and aim to fulfill team goals

Nice To Have

• Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with designers 
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment
• Expertise in UI and Animation development
