HR Business Partner (all genders)

Job Description
The position is initially limited to 18 months.
- Advising leaders on labor law, personnel, and organizational matters
- Promoting engagement, alignment, and cultural development in the teams you support
- Coaching leaders on people leadership topics such as change management, feedback, performance, and team effectiveness
- Managing the annual performance and compensation review process, including facilitating calibration meetings
- Analyzing the teams you support using HR data and business metrics
- Supporting cost center, headcount, and budget planning in collaboration with People Analytics
- Contributing to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the development of salary and benefit structures
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering with strong expertise in strategic leadership advisory
- Proven experience in guiding and implementing change processes and sustainably embedding organizational transformations
- Solid knowledge of labor law and experience handling labor law issues
- Excellent English skills
- Strong hands-on mentality with structured, process- and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
