Junior Marketing Manager - App Marketing (all genders)

Job Description

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple)
  • Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI)
  • Support budget tracking and performance reporting
  • Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and smaller experiments to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign execution and creatives
  • Document results and help derive initial insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., media management, e-commerce)
  • First practical experience in app marketing or performance marketing (e.g., internships or working student roles)
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
  • Knowledge of app marketing or paid social is a plus
  • Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
