As our new (Junior) Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will support our Buying team in creating dashboards and reports, performing analyses, and preparing data. In addition, you will work closely with the various stakeholders to understand their daily business and develop data solutions to improve their processes. 

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and improving our reports
• Creating and maintaining custom dashboards based on Google BigQuery (e.g., in Google Data Studio, Tableau) to display various KPIs
• Creating and maintaining reports to support the teams’ daily work
• Improving and driving the implementation of automated business processes
• Performing analyses based on various data sources with SQL
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the various planning and purchasing metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• Good academic performance and a degree in economics, business, or business analytics
• 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in a comparable position in the e-commerce, fashion or retail environment
• Good understanding of the e-commerce business model and related business KPIs.
• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous or the willingness and ability to learn it quickly.
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
