Since 2019 ADFERENCE is a subsidiary of the fashion-tech company ABOUT YOU. We are a fast-growing, innovative tech company that provides an online marketing solution for Amazon. Our tool helps large agencies and brands like Snocks, Spreadshirt and Lampenwelt to optimize their Amazon Advertising.

With your passion for frontend development and your eye for detail, you will play a crucial role in the development of a new web application. You will work in a cross-functional team and, in the role of a chapter lead, support our full stack engineers with focus on frontend with your knowledge and experience. Since we are still in the design phase of this new web application, we are flexible on the specific tech stack - what matters most to us is that you want to deliver a web application with us that is truly high-quality and performance-driven!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Frontend Development: You will develop and maintain the frontend of our new web application and create responsive and visually appealing UIs 
• Full Stack Development: You will contribute to both the frontend and web application backend, ensuring seamless integration and data flow within the application
• Styling: You will work with designers to implement user-friendly and consistent styling by leveraging design systems and component libraries
• Chapter Lead: You mentor a team of full stack engineers with a focus on frontend development
• Test Automation: You will develop and maintain automated testing procedures to ensure reliability and performance of the web application 
• Unit Testing: You will develop and maintain unit tests for both frontend and backend code to ensure robustness and maintainability
• Data Storage and RDBMS: You will design, implement, and optimize data storage solutions, including relational database management systems
• Security: You will the application's compliance with security standards

WHO YOU ARE

• You have around 5 years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on the frontend 
• You bring strong knowledge in core web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and TypeScript 
• You have experience in creating responsive and visually appealing UIs
• You have experience in test automation and unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with backlog responsibility and a lot of autonomy 
• You are convincing with your communication and leadership skills and can therefore also support and lead others as a mentor
• You have a fluent command of written and spoken English
