We are currently looking for an intern (m/w/d) who is eager to work on a security awareness program at ABOUT YOU together with our Information Security Team in the next 6 months.

Besides working on security awareness, you will also participate in project management and IT compliance tasks and get to know how a modern cybersecurity team works in one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe. Even though at the moment we can’t promise employment after the internship, this is a perfect opportunity to kickstart your cybersecurity career.

Some important facts: 

• You will not work alone, someone from the team will be assigned to guide you.
• The awareness program you will work on will be used by 1000+ employees in the company. You can make the difference in how we educate our colleagues about security.
• You will also assist the team with project management tasks and IT compliance.
• The sky is the limit – you are free to shape the course however you want as long as it’s in line with our security policies.
• If you finish your tasks earlier, you can work with the team either on other exciting projects, or help us monitor the infrastructure for attacks.

Who you are 

• You have some background in computer science, IT Administration, security, pursuing a degree in security or computer science.
• You have good communication and presentation skills. 
• You are able to deliver security-related educational content in an engaging, simple and fun way.
• You’re used to working in an English speaking environment or have good English skills.

What you will do

• Drive the security awareness topic in the company
• Continuously improve and add training materials to the course
• Create and improve company policies with the balance between security and productivity
• Assist the team in project management and IT compliance tasks
