As our new Payment Manager (m/w/d) you work closely together with our management board and bring the payment process of ABOUT YOU to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development of the Payment Business Unit
• Review the existing payment structure and cooperations with our payment provider
• Monitoring and renewal of legal and contractual regulations
• Evaluation of new payment methods and payment trends in an international context
• Bringing together our internal stakeholders regarding cash flows and payment methods
• Communicating and negotiating with payment providers
• Continuous analysis of relevant KPIs and deduce concrete actions to develop your customers
• Direct cooperation with the management board

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Industrial engineering, Business computer science, Business Mathematics, Business administration or comparable interdisciplinary subjects
• Relevant professional experience in an eCommerce payment department or a consultancy with payment background
• High affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
• Expert knowledge in cash flows, scoring models and grinding processes
• Strong comprehension of financial, online and traiding figures
• Proficient in ERP-Systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Distinctive communication, negotiation and cooperation skills
