We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager Marketing Growth Romania (m/f/d) to lead highly visible projects within the wider marketing organization. In this function, you will play a key role in shaping ABOUT YOU’s priorities in the Romania in order to scale our business. As our growth targets are ambitious, we are looking for a colleague who is seeking new challenges in an entrepreneurial, fast growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and management of projects to address major opportunities from start to end: Conceptualization of new projects, creation of business cases, development of full project plans and management of stakeholders throughout. Projects will focus heavily on scaling our business in the Romania: market assessment, marketing strategies, competitive intelligence
• Assurance of efficiency for our growing marketing operations in the Netherlands by taking responsibilities in defining, implementing and optimizing processes and tools
• Collaboration with Media and Performance Marketing to steer country-specific marketing channels, set budgets and ROI targets
• Provision of valuable input in marketing strategy reviews and provision of frameworks to ensure high quality discussions by collaborating with stakeholders such as Marketing Intelligence, Performance Marketing or Media

Requirements

• Outstanding University degree in Business or Economics with a focus on analytics
• Several years of solid work experience in top tier management consulting, business development or an entrepreneurial position
• Profound knowledge of marketing and the competitive landscape in Romania
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately for maximizing business impact
• Strong product, data and business mindset, backed by a track record of successful outcomes in your past projects
• Excellent analytical skills and confident in working with large data sets
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team including managing stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in Romanian and English
