- Hands on experience working in BPM products or workflow systems to be able to configure and create processes.
- Knowledge of Appian BPM products.
- Experience maintaining Appian deployments, troubleshooting problems, providing Appian application administration.
- Designing and implementing BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software
- Business Process Modeling Notation (process diagramming)
- XML, SOA, and Web Services
- SQL & Data Modeling
