Job Description

Join our team as a passionate Client Success Manager (Russian Speaking) to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio! We’re on the hunt for a dedicated professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our games and products.

 

 What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand customer goals and proactively identify opportunities to help them achieve success and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure smooth game launches and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer websites to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and provide insights to inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Travel to meet customers and attend gaming conferences.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in Russian.
  • Experienced in customer success or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
