We are currently looking for an amazing People Lead to manage our Human Resources department. You will work with the leadership team on the best strategy for the business and partner with hiring managers to create frameworks to best support our employees growth in the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Work with the Head of Operation to organise clear HR processes across the business (onboarding, internal policies, performance reviews and management, probation, recognition)
Developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture by advocating Diversity and Inclusion practices
Act as a strategic partner with the leadership team to help define their growth and functional strategy
Implement internal professional development plans along with training programs
Provide regular reporting on People metrics to help inform business decisions including on organisational structure
Maintain relationships with hiring managers across the business
Design, implement, roll out, and manage annual appraisal processes
A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong passion for Human Resources, People and Culture
Strong interest in Diversity and Inclusion
Previous People management experience in a tech fast-growing startup
Some experience of learning and development/training
Experience setting and developing a great culture
CIPD qualification welcome
