Position: Electronics Technician
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)

Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled Senior Electronics Technician to bring critical hardware to life. In this role, you won’t just build, you will troubleshoot, debug, and perfect complex electronic systems.
• If you have a sharp eye for schematics, hands-on mastery of MIL-spec cabling, and the expertise to diagnose component-level issues, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, modify, and repair complex electronics hardware down to the PCB component level.
• Fabricate and install high-reliability cable assemblies using MIL-38999 and D-Sub connectors in compliance with IPC-620 standards.
• Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, and protocol analyzers to validate system performance (RS-422, RS-232, USB).
• Read and precisely execute complex electrical schematics and blueprints.

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on electronics hardware testing, troubleshooting, and assembly.
• Elite precision soldering skills (PCB and cabling) and deep knowledge of serial/USB interfaces.
• Solid understanding of IPC-620 guidelines and aerospace-grade cable routing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain a DoD security clearance.
