- Looking For: IT Support Technician - Level 2 position (Part-Time) (Canberra Dickson ACT)

The successful candidate will enjoy performing the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Remote and onsite user support and assistance;
- Daily systems maintenance and performance checks;
- Backup checks and remediation;
- Desktop device installation, configuration and support;
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors; and Travelling to client sites to provide technical assistance.
In addition:
- You must be an Australian Citizen
- You must hold a valid Australian driver's license;
- Have unrestricted access to your own vehicle; and
- Some weekend and after hours work maybe required.

Qualifications
Skills and experience: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and
- Active Directory; Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A strong customer focused approach;
- A strong work ethic; A great team player; and
- A positive "can do" attitude.
- Diploma or higher level study in ICT recommended.
