Your Responsibilities

As Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
  • Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify, refine, and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
  • Experience in managing the development lifecycle, particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
  • Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM
  • Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
