You will report to both the HR Manager and Instructional Design Manager. We will train you to HELP lead the HR and Instructional Design team in achieving the following goals below:

• Administer HR policies and programs while maintaining employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and staying within budget constraints.
• Create and implement employee relations policies to enhance job satisfaction, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies in a timely manner.
• Establish and oversee onboarding and training procedures to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and meet company needs.
• Devise and maintain procedures for hiring and managing staff, ensuring all documentation and records are up to date-and accurate.
• Assist with the training needs of both HR and Instructional Design teams, including developing courses, instructional materials, and training programs that integrate new team members and align with organizational goals.
