Major Function
The Fundraising Operations Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the CRM database and spearheading the implementation of automated data processing solutions for WWF. They are charged with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position is also entrusted with crafting and upholding business process documents crucial for both change management and end-user training. This role involves close, cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization ensuring that revenue processing and gift administration goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees all automated Fundraising Operations data processing. Designs, implements and manages all file imports and layouts utilizing the BrightVine Data Loader, SAS and BBCRM technology.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develops innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with existing systems and integrations.
- Drives the end-to-end lifecycle for Fundraising Operations special projects, software upgrades and implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identifies and mitigates risks and issues that may impact project success, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruption and ensure smooth project execution.
- Leads and facilitates meetings, workshops and presentations to communicate changes to configurations, customizations, business processes and software applications to end users and other key stakeholders.
- Creates and maintains all business process documents required for change management and training.
- Researches industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to gift administration, operations management and process optimization.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and innovation, championing initiatives to drive positive change and enhance effectiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Project Leadership & Execution – Effectively manages multiple projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and successful stakeholder adoption.
- Collaboration & Change Enablement – Builds strong partnerships across functions, communicates complex concepts clearly, and facilitates organizational change through stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (preferably in the non-profit sector).
- CRM database and high-volume data processing experience is required. Experience with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader is strongly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate is strongly desired.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a demonstrated track record of driving results and delivering value through process improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
