•  Accountable and responsible for successful completion of OT (Operational Technology- SCADA, BMS, PLCs, Lab Systems etc) Systems Remediation program by managing HCL and client teams across client’s manufacturing locations.
•  Develop and execute Project Plan for timely completion.
•  Manage changes in project scope and schedule.
•  Manage risks to the successful completion of projects.
•  Ensure that agreed-to project documentation is completed as per Project Plan and scope.
•  Possess technical knowledge on OT environment to guide team in case of road block
•  Support client in implementing IT Security and Compliance process framework on OT systems across manufacturing sites.
•  Participate in the program management team/meetings on implementation of updated IT Security and Compliance Process Framework on OT systems.
•  Coordinate with client representatives, third party vendors and internal HCL teams across multiple locations in parallel to assure timely completion of projects.
•  Timely escalation to HCL and Client management team to ensure removal of any show stoppers or bottlenecks.

 Desired Skillset & Qualification:

•  Extensive experience working with OT systems (SCADA, BMS, PLCs, Lab Systems etc) in the manufacturing space required.
•  Experience of working in Life Sciences organisations preferred.
•  Experience of working in the Information Security Management projects.
•  Good experience on regulatory compliance such as SOX, GxP, ISAE 3402/SSAE 16
•  Basic familiarity with security relevant industry standards and good practice, such as ISO
• 2700x series, COBIT, ITIL
•  Excellent client-facing and communication & presentation skills
•  Excellent organization skills
•  Extensive experience in IT / OT Project Management
•  Willingness to travel (50 % approx.)
•  German is mandatory.
