Job Description

• Meet Productivity, Quality targets and all other SLAs effectively.• Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work flow• Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected • Co-ordinate with clients for queries & cascading of customer updates • Timely response to all customer emails and all internal emails/reporting requirements• Partners with team members to build skills, providing coaching, mentoring and personalized development plans.
