Location of Job: Remote- Canada 

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Data Analyst to add to our Analytics Team. We are looking for someone who is excited about driving analytics solutions from 0 to 1 by closely partnering with business partners and the leadership team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can conduct indepth analyses to uncover valuable insights and has a creative eye towards delivering the insights through informative and visually appealing dashboards. The candidate will also have the ability to communicate effectively with our customers to understand what they need as opposed to just what they are asking for. The applicant must actively seek out new ways to standardize and automate processes to help scale projects appropriately

• Build end-to-end analytics solutions by taking ownership of projects from discovery to delivery.
• Exhibit a “can-do” attitude to overcome obstacles and ensure timely accomplishment of goals, embracing dynamic requirements and shifting priorities.
• Facilitating and driving standardization and simplification of processes and deliverables.
• Team player who can wear multiple hats to accommodate business needs.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities to implement a data-informed decision-making approach.

• 3+ years relevant industry experience with a focus on data analytics
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Mastery of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• High proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Expertise with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau; skilled at building visually appealing and interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Ability to communicate clearly to external customers.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be CAD$65,000 to $75,000,  at the time of this posting. 

Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
