Job Description

Your main responsibility is to secure qualified meetings across leads in US and EU through outreach campaigns by:

  • Creating strategic leads lists, together with an intern you will manage
  • Designing and crafting email campaigns and sequences for the sales team in the US and EU
  • Actively engaging with prospects to warm up their interest and secure meetings and warm the leads;
  • Researching companies in order to brief the sales team on the sales potential and talking points;
  • Creating and adapting customised sales collateral
 
Salary 4.8L to 6L /Year + Commission based on performance and revenue generated

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in business development – sales, operations and/or support
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven track record in generating generate leads
  • Outstanding email drafting skills using persuasive language
  • Hustler attitude, not easily taking no for an answer
  • Strong attention to details
  • Top notch organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
