Job Description

Associate IS/IT Compliance Analyst - Fort Worth, TX

The Associate IS/IT Compliance Analyst will provide administration and hands on engagement to deliver compliant by design solutions and services for the Client's North America market(s).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT leadership and the business to ensure adherence to Client's IS/IT standards
  • Manage IS/IT internal controls policies, procedures, work instructions, and testing evidence
  • Manage all Compliance communications and campaigns
  • Ensure process adherence and quality assessment of cloud approvals and documentation
  • Partner with IT leadership to inspect, review,  and test for continual improvements to IT security and compliance and manage action plans to close deviations
  • Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
  • Train employees in security awareness, protocols and procedures
  • Produce monthly compliance health report to management
  • Respond immediately to security incidents and provide post-incident analysis
  • Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of IT/IS compliance experience, required
  • Five or more years of information technology experience, preferred
  • Certified Project management certification, preferred
  • Highly collaborative and inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; skillfully gather, analyze and document information
  • Strong analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, is required
