About the Role 
Reporting to the Financial Partnerships Manager, the Partnership Manager, Finance will primarily focus on managing the relationship with, and information that flows from/to key licensors and licensees from a licensing perspective. This will involve liaising with the CPLG Partnerships team and other CPLG commercial staff on a regular basis. The Partnership Manager, Finance will deliver an excellent level of business support to both external and internal stakeholders to meet contractual reporting requirements and facilitate commercial decision making.

• Act as the key CPLG Finance representative in liaison with both licensors and licensees.
• Preparation, review and distribution of licensor participation reports
• Ensure that licensee royalty forecasts are obtained, consolidated, reviewed, analysed and distributed according to licensors revenue recognition policies.
• Reconciliation of data held between CPLG’s royalty system and licensor’s royalty system.
• Liaise regularly with licensors to ensure that their queries are resolved in a professional manner.
• Liaison with CPLG regional teams to ensure information is collected in a timely manner
• Provide a proactive and comprehensive level of support to the CPLG Partnerships team, answering queries and providing financial data, including ensuring that effective monitoring is in place vs licensor contractual targets.
• Uploading financial information directly into clients/licensors reporting platforms

• Previous experience working within a related finance role
• Consumer Products Royalties experience
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills 
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A strong attention to detail
