Job Description
Pay Rate: $20/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
As a Resort Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by curating personalized, memorable Park City vacations. Leveraging your knowledge of the local area, you will recommend and coordinate activities, dining, and excursions tailored to each guest’s preferences.
You will take ownership of the guest journey from initial inquiry through departure ensuring all reservations, logistics, and special requests are handled seamlessly. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with multiple resort departments to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests promptly, and consistently exceed expectations. What you will do as the Resort Concierge:
- Provide tailored recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences in Park City and surrounding areas.
- Book and coordinate reservations, transportation, and excursions.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest’s stay
- Serve as a central point of contact for guest requests and special arrangements
- Partner with resort teams including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities to ensure seamless service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Park City and surrounding attractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
