Job Description

As a Workday developer, you will develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, and enhance Workday inbound and outbound integrations. You will work closely with HR subject matter experts and business partners to understand their needs, design solutions and ensure successful implementation of Workday functionality.

  • Develop, manages, maintains, and support Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations. 
  • Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient codes.
  • Conduct and facilitate user acceptance test and test scenarios to successfully test solutions and implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Collaborates with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of Workday Integration development skills (PECI and PICOF)  and implementation tools,  i.e Enterprise interface builder (EIB), BIRT report designer, Workday report writer, calculated fields and Workday Studio.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
  • Experience with XML and XLST
  • Ability to troubleshoot an issue and provide expeditious end-to-end resolution for high-impact issues.
  • Experience in ADP payroll integration development is an added advantage.
