We are looking for a proactive Associate Project Manager who can support project planning, coordinate with development teams, and ensure smooth execution of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, managing, and delivering IT projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings.
Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and requirement documents.
Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients.
Identify project risks and proactively support mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective task allocation and team coordination using project management tools.
Support senior management in improving project delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Basic understanding of web and mobile application development technologies.
Experience in client communication and project documentation.
