Position provides oversight to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, grants and policies.  Oversees quality, performance improvement, and risk management.  Consistent with Health Center requirements the Director is responsible for creating and implementing and annual plan for CPI review, conducting reviews, creating reports and making recommendations regarding policy, procedure and training based on those reviews.  Works closely with all department leaders, key program managers, CPI Committee, CEO and Board of Directors. 

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration or a related field experience in a compliance/quality improvement/risk management role. 
• Experience within health care environment preferred
• Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position
• Experience in accounting and PC based systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
