This position reports to the CFO and is responsible for all aspects of the Revenue Cycle process to include billing, collections, third party insurance contracting, patient accounting and other functions.  Develops, creates, implements and evaluates people, processes and systems pertaining to capture and reimbursements of patient revenue.  Will lead the rollout of third party governmental and commercial payments for the center. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance
• Certified Professional Coder preferred 
• In depth knowledge of billing and revenue-cycle management.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Knowledge and experience in practice management software.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• The ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
• Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
• Superior organizational and problem solving skills.
