• You are responsible for a broad range of creative work. In agile collaboration with our product team, you turn our fintech procuts into digital experiences.

• You are our brand owner and advocate. Based on our brand guide, you take responsibility for the Lacent brand. Over time, you make sure that the brand guide keeps evolving.

• You will manage our agency (agencies) and decide on what to do in-house and what to forward to them.

At first, you yourself will be the design team. We expect future growth of the team as the Lacent business continues to grow. For this position, we are looking for an experienced designer, but we value mindset and thought leadership above years of experience.

• You have a proven track-record of crafting next-level standards & styles for digital (online) products and services, based on a brand guide. You build your work from a clear user-centric vision.

• You must be able to take full ownership and act as a thought leader in product design.

• You are experienced in managing agencies.

• As you will be working in a multi-national team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English.

The process for this vacancy is as follows:

1. Do your expectations and our wishes match? Then we invite you for a first video interview.

2. When we both are enthusiastic, we will schedule an extensive introduction with our Head of Financial Products. This will be a video call as well.

3. Are we positive? Then we go a step deeper! Depending on the outcome of the extensive introduction, we schedule discussions and / or a case. Based on your location, this will be in video calls, or on-site. After this we have an extensive picture of you, and you have a good picture of the function, expectations and the culture at Lacent.
